Introductory Knowledge Management

This course introduces what knowledge is, how it is generated and managed, and how organizations benefit from knowledge management (KM). The course will help learners understand the importance of intangible assets. At the end of this course, learners will be able to apply some KM tools to manage knowledge assets to optimize the value they create for the company or organization.

Basic Risk Management Course

This is an introductory course to risk management, intended for mentees from any field. At the end of the course, the mentee will be able to understand the basic concepts of risk management, enterprise-wide risk management, how to conduct risk analysis/assessment, and create a realistic risk management plan.

This is a basic course on KM targeted for staff and leaders of local government units in particular and government agencies in general.
